Rear Brake Options

A Focus ST170 rear disc is 280mm

Diameter
280

Thick
10

Min Wear
8.9

Width
33

Center hole
63.5

Stud & Locators
4

PCD
108 4/5

No spacer required but the thickness is 1mm more and center hole would need opening up, whether this could be used??

The width of the disc is 60mm, if I'm right in thinking you can go less than the gtir width of 33mm and use a spacer to compensate but wider than 33 would mean the caliper would have to be set back, ie moved nearer diff. Also the disc would rub on the hub, strut etc... I might be wrong, I'm sure someone will explain better than me :)

Centre hole is fine, but pcd is wrong. We're 4x100.

Front : G60 front discs, big radial mount AP's (4 pots) . Rear std sized discs and wilwood 4 pots with integrated handbrake mechanism . DS3000's front, wilwood own pads rear
Only problem is keeping the front discs cool and highish front pad wear. great brakes though on tarmac rallies.
Run 15" rims, hence the sizes chosen

I did a kit a while back with 290mm discs from a 300zx with the correct pcd & centre bore, all you need to do is fabricate a bracket to space the caliper, it makes a massive difference to the dive effect of having uprated front brakes with standard rears.

Did those fit over 15's ? if so, I may try them.I have the earlier version of my brake set-up collecting dust under the bench.
Modified Fiat Coupe 20VT discs and ali billet brackets to suit the AP's. Only work at 16" and above

No they wouldn't be suitable as the are vented and the thickness will be very big....You will need 9 mm thick non vented discs.

The Offset of the rear discs is 44.6 mm with 4x100 PCD and 68 mm center hole!
The 300zx non turbo discs will be really good as the offset is almost as the GtiR (47 mm) and 68 mm center hole.

Research people....is called research...because everyone (with small exception) spoked gibberish 6 pages!

i don't know why you're trying so hard to find an alternative disc, when the maxima/sentra spec V rear disc is a perfect fit, and cheap.

Once you redrill it and use the maxima pad carrier

the maxima/sentra disc is hubcentric, once you use the maxima pad carrier everything lines up with oem fitment

you can look up all these parts on rockauto

1995 maxima 5x114 rear 278mm /aka 10.94" rotor redrilled
RAYBESTOS Part # 96511
or 2004 spec V brembo rear redrilled same rotor size except 4x114 , slightly safer on the redrill pattern
CENTRIC Part # 12842082R
CENTRIC Part # 12842082L
RAYBESTOS Part # 980308
CENTRIC Part # 12042082

maxima rear caliper brackets, spaces the oem caliper back to the centerline of the car 12mm and further out by 10mm for the 20mm larger disk 40-60$ for caliper brackets
A-1 CARDONE Part # 141506 DORMAN Part # 619503

you can reuse the oem caliper
