It's only stuck in gear cos the something off the external gear/lever selector has fallen off. It hit the bottom of the car so it's nothing to do with anything inside the box!!!

It's not a syncro. Something on the external has come off. The gear stick just flops around and it is stuck in 3rd.

Got a lot on this weekend starting work at porsche on monday so need to move my tool box's. Also the R has just lost all gear's and got stuck in 3rd if i get everything sorted i will try and get over to have a look.

I'm sure it can be done but a bit long winded. You best bet is drop the lot out the bottom.. Warm the exhaust bolt's up and they will come off if not take the down pipe off with the engine. Thats if you can get the cat bolt's undone.

Cheers mark hopefully it's the spring. Can't them detent bolt's coming out cos i used sealer when put them back in after i resealed the box last year.

Yes you can get all the gear's but selection is very sloppy. Is there return spring's underneath the gear lever?
