rear brakes low effort

hi,

ever since iv had my pulsar its brakes have been very poor, the pedal feel when braking just feels very unresponsive.

i fitted hispec motorsport front brake set up, this made no difference, but the ABS kept kicking in when braking slightly hard.

iv had to disconnect the abs for the minute, if i dap the brakes, the fronts lock up.

i put it on brake rollers and it would appear i have pretty low effort on the rear brakes.

getting 400 (wheels locking) on front and 70 on the rears (and they hardly work at all unless you really stamp on the pedal)

the discs/pads are very good condition, calipers are free.

it is stripped out and on coil overs if this makes any difference.

any ideas?

i know they dont get as much as the front, but a mini/fiesta gets 150ish, so id expect a bit more than 70

Jack up the rear of the car and put the handbrake on, if theres a problem you'll probably be able to turn the wheels by hand. Thats how i found out my rear calipers weren't working properly.
