only takes an hour to check the clearances pat!
even if they are tight 'say 0.05mm clearance from cold' that will be ok as long as there is actually a clearance there;-)
unlike most cars these work the opposite and the clearances actually get BIGGER as the engine gets hotter so just make sure you can get a feeler blade inbetween the cam lobe and rockerface from COLD! if you cant then i suggest you adjust them before any damage is caused.
its better to have a slightly noisy topend rather than one thats been done too tight
