hi spec brakes

just wondering what people think of these as i have heard poor things about them on other forums from poor service to kits not fitting propley

hi i`ve got the kit on the front and discs on the back all work fine and really easy to get parts for,i didn`t get the biggest discs for the front(big jump in price and may be trouble with wheels),think the kits come with green stuff pads so they might want to swop them depending what your doing.:-D

i need them to fit under 15 inch wheels at the mo i am considering the 285 mm big disc kit that works the the std cailpers the 4 pot 285 mm set up or i have saw a 280 mm wilwood 4 pot kit

ive got 300mm discs with 4 pot calipers not tried them yet as im still doing a rebuild but the kit bolts up nicely with no problems

i run 285 hi specs under 15s. reasonable brakes. pad compound is pretty important. i now run carbotech xp8s and carnt fault them

I had hi specs on my old R they were a great fit for me, i have wilwoods on my current one there good too
