your boost control as you pictured, is one side of it connected to the silver dump valve as also pictured?
One side of the valve shuld go to the inlet manifold and the other should go to the turbo actuator.
The garage have undoubtedly done something wrong in refitting!

Ok wiht some fiddling around and changing hoses I think I have it setup now
It's not as fast as before though I crapped myself when I nailed it before, but that was probably due to hitting nearly 1.6bar :lol: :?
Anyway, I would like to make sure my AVCR is setup ok, could someone kindly recommend the best settings for my car? (I don't have a manual or anything)
I'm happy with 0.9 - 0.95bar boost and 20-25% duty, but could someone help out with other settings? Sorry

Also, noticed that when floored I get a peak of say 0.88 but then it drops down to 0.7 0.72 and wont go any higher. Is this normal?
