hi can anyone tell me where i can get an uprated clutch fork from

You can't buy them uprated. Just buy a brand new one from either Hi Teq or Nissan.

just getting all the bit together i got an engine last month just getting it striped still looking for a set of pistons and rods just got to get some more money together
