no, you wont get the old ones out, i though about it and semi tried on a scrap engine but it was a waste of time tbh
you'd could get them out and replace them one at a time,but you risk buggering up the crank shells and bending the big end caps doing it specially using a big hammer.
so as keiron says not a good idea to do it this way!
i un did the rod caps and put 2 nuts on the rod bolt threads then used a socked and rachet to turn the bolt very slightly moving the bolt in a left to right action while pushing, miine came out bar one and all i did washow did you get the standard rod bolts out ?
i had to beat them out of the rod i took out with a large hammer which is when i gave up the idea :lol:
