Still need the length of the OEM front brake pipeKevD said:Hub has been sent off to the factory for a brake kit to be developed
Cheers "the chief"
However could somebody provide me with the length of the OEM brake pipe?
Waiting on info back for the manifold.
I need somebody to quickly test this for fit, and for this service I'll do it and a stupidly low price of £50 !! :hail:
However if I dont get feedback and pictures of it fitted by e-mail 14 days after I post it out I WILL charge your card a further £150. So please be aware of the terms, and only ask for it if you can fit it straight away.
Kev... OEM FBP is 510mm with support braket fitting 210mm from caliper.KevD said:Still need the length of the OEM front brake pipe
Does this mean that if all fits and runs ok, the final selling price for the manifold will be around £200.KevD said:I need somebody to quickly test this for fit, and for this service I'll do it and a stupidly low price of £50 !!

Are the flanges stainless or are they chrome plated mild steel ?sadsy said:Im testing the manifold this week so fingers crossed it should all fit up ok, the ports are oval shape, the gaskets match up ok to the flanges, will have to see how the tubby and elbow all fit.
as Steve says.. can you you grab some pics of the inner welds?sadsy said:Im testing the manifold this week so fingers crossed it should all fit up ok, the ports are oval shape, the gaskets match up ok to the flanges, will have to see how the tubby and elbow all fit.
Yeah, I would be interested in the answer to thatweakboy2 said:Also what sorta money do you think the Big brakes will be at?
KevD said:Brakes will retail starting at £855 with road pads, £925 with DS2500 and £955 with DS3000, all using 330mm x 32mm rotors and our 8-piston caliper.
356mm will be available at £999, £1069 and £1099.
Those are full kit prices, bells, rotors, brakets, braided lines, calipers and pads.
I'll be able to sort some sort of discount for a group buy on introduction, as long as you dont mind waiting for sea-frieght.
Sorry bud i fitted it today:roll: or i would have done some for youDooie Pop Pop said:as Steve says.. can you you grab some pics of the inner welds?
Just to add to this Kev, on the GTiR rear brake set up, the caliper is used for handbrake duty, as well as for stopping. The GTiR rear disc setup, doesn't incorporate a drum within the disc, for use as a separate handbrake.vss irvine said:the gtir is a caliper on the rear, not a drum set up. cheers
