Strange, I have the Halfrods 845e on and it's just abit too long, but does fit. (Tensioner is all the way)

Maybe some Pulsars have a different sized Pullys on the Alternator? The belt i took off was not the correct one as it had A/C but the belt was only four groove. Could it of had a larger pully put on to take up slack in the incorrect belt?

Maybe i should measure the pully? Not run the engine yet to be fair but its tight enough imo.
