intercooler size?

You can fit the Forge front mount behind the bumper without cutting it. Your one looks tiny. The Forge core is approx 23.2"x12"x3"

Personally though I've seen the without the little upright bits and it looks better.

I may have been happier with mine if I'd removed the uprights and gone for the front lip. I just wasn't happy with the front end like that, looks far more aggressive in the flesh now.

Looks like the bottom of the bumber sticking out abit because of the cooler. is it?. Painting it back would make it stealthy.

They deformed it when they fitted the intercooler (was like it when I got it)

I just heated it right up with a hairdryer and held it in the right shape, then sprayed it with carb cleaner (nice and cold) and it went back to normal perfectly!
