Well while i wait on my flanges to arrive and had a hunt around the garage and found a few parts to day. :)

Got nice new elbow to try today in 316 and no join in the middle, looks very nice and polished in the inside.










3" V-band flange, no need for gaskets etc, same as i have on my car and works fine.

It was a bit more work as i could only use my jig so far as its a little longer.

Still need to weld in a boss and give it a polish.

These look good. Presume the 3 bolt outlet flange is near enough the same position as the OE one? Is that a lambda bass also?
If the answer iss yes, yes, please put me down for one.
And advise please when, how you want paying, and the delivery

Hi,
Yes the flanges are in the same place as the OEM one, also the lamda is 12MM and in the same place so will fit in the same place as the jig is made from a standard elbow.

Waiting on more flanges to come, they have been cut so just waiting for the lip to be milled on them. Dont need any money until they are made, delivery? unsure :) trying to catch up with my own car but getting there.
