Windscreen Washers

What are everyone elses washers like at speed (over 90), do they still work or do they skip around and struggle a bit.

I guess it's because the wiper mechanisum is worn and the springs on the back of the wiper blade could do with being replaced.

I'm gona replace the spring with a new one but has anyone got any ideas how this could be improved.
