Will non attatached brake pipe fail MOT?

On one side the front brake hose is connected to the strut.

On the otherside the pipe is continuous so there's no "join" to affix to the strut

Will the loose pipe fail the MOT in a couple of weeks?

just secure it with some cable ties to the leg as you dont want it rubbing through on the inside of wheel!

if its flapping around in the wind unsecured then yes its a failiure.

yes a loose pipe will fail,if hes doing his job correct.

A good tip is to wrap some rubber hose around the brake line where it touches the strut.

I did as Mr GTiR said and wrapped some clear pipe round and cable tied to the strut.

It passed fine!
