I keep mine as I spent so much bloody time and money on it
lol, I suppose your right. Ive never spent a penny on handling. Im one of those people who grudges spending if it doesnt make horsepower. I guess its prob more to do with me feeling a little inadequate when im driving it.if you spent money in the right areas these car can be made to handle very well,
rather than spending over 10k on a clitoris car, get your gtir set up properly.
I have naff all power and I run standard boost, but where it lacks in the power it makes up in handling and braking.lol, I suppose your right. Ive never spent a penny on handling. Don't say that  You'll upset all the 1/4 mile gayboys that think you need talent for drag racing :lol:No skill required in a straight line :thumb: [/FONT]
You only keep it because you can't sell it with the door and ignition looking like that. :der:I keep mine because it's not worth selling after what has been spent on it:doh:
No not too soon for jokes, thought that was funny. You only keep it because you can't sell it with the door and ignition looking like that. :der:
I hope it's not too soon for jokes.
You might be running standard boost and lacking power as you say, but every time we blasted it onto the motorway in the convoy yours could bloody shift mateyI have naff all power and I run standard boost, but where it lacks in the power it makes up in handling and braking.
Much more of a kick out manoeuvring people than just dragging them.

Unfortunatly I can't fit low profile tyres unless I get bigger wheels, Anyway I kind of like the balloon tyres after all the car is nearly 40 years old, I do plan on fitting some slightly bigger wheels maybe 16" when I can find some with the right off set and old skool look, Of cause that is also dependent of me being able to afford another £1000 set of wheels, Because of the arches I will need custom wheels, At the moment I'm using 35mm spacers to get them to sit right in the arch. That does look awesome Ro..I mean John.It doesn't sit very well on those tyres though.Keep the old school wheels but get some tyres that aren't from a London bus.
