Depends on the BHP & Torque you are making and what kind of driving you do. Helix Organic and AP & Helix paddles seem to be the easiest to locate in the UK. If you do alot of standing starts/launches and you will need the paddle.
Helix organic = 320ft/lbs
Helix paddle = 340ft/lbs
OLD AP organic = 320ft/lbs
OLD AP paddle = 340ft/lbs
NEW AP organic = 280ft/lbs
NEW AP paddle = 320ft/lbs

If you want a BIG power clutch the OS Giken dual plate is the one for you.
