Where can I get these eyelids?

Saw these eyelids on the australian gtir oc page, and really liked them. They where on Mr.K's R. Anyone know where I could buy a set, or are they homemade? (or maybe modified?)

dude just make them out of fiberglass or carbon fibre. It's not hard, and I have ADD, want to go play soccer..
