was in ma mates Gti-R, racing a clio 172 cup thing, sittin at 146mph :shock: , think i crapped myself!! :oops:

i had 163mph on the speedo, dont know what that equates to in real terms

i had the rpm needle at a smidgen over 8000rpm!! im guessing that it was around the 150 mark? :?

did 160mph at bruntingthorpe about 8 times on the day :D :D :D

it was here that i murderd an inocent crow at about 150 mph there was blood and snot all down the o/s of my car.

What's the mph per 1000rpm with the quaife in top. My speedo isnt the most accurate, but have pulled 7000rpm in 5th with it still going strong.

162mph, sh1t it and backed off

I think I may have passed an orifice of the law during my short journey but due to the blurring of vision and fact I was going a little faster than it, I cant be sure :lol:

had mine to 140mph (on a private road of course :wink: ) but the steering wheel got a little wobbly for my liking so i backed off!

Anyone else got a snooper? I have an s4 neo and i recently found that you can get the speed on the screen instead of the time. Now when i was doing about 85mph (on the speedo) the snooper was reading about 77/78mph. Just wondering how accurate it can be because it's done via gps i think?

Anybody any the wiser?

the snooper is spot on, due to bein gps.

but the two downers with them is they reset at 160 back to 0,

in my fiecos i've seen 20mph after it reset, and seen 178 on my bro's road angle. both with about 150 rpm left, but i have hit the limiter in top before.

and my xr2tt i've seen 140mph at redline on over 20 times.

both on flat 1.5 mile (prospect) dual carriage way.

the other bad thing with it is the delay on reading of real speed, takes about 3-5 seconds to catch up with the cars speed.
