waiting on Tomei genesis engine to be delivered
ppg dog box on way
custom inconel manfold
air injection / anti lag etc etc

still looking at avaliability of uprated diffs

hopefully be mapped sometime in late july :lol:
and and ready to go sometime in august

taking bets on how long till she blows :shock:

2.75bar on that turbo is going to be a waste of time... Its going to be way way past its peak efficiency... Look at the compressor map for it....

And its a WWII technology turbo... Why not use a modern day Garrett GT core instead... You can buy a Garrett one or a Turbonetics one from the US (some of these use the Garrett GT core too)...

You can run a GT42RS @ 2.4bar and be getting 1000bhp and a decent amount of torque...

Either way, you've kept this rather quiet... Keep us posted... With some pics... :wink:

it is t76 roller bearing, got map somewhere
and 2.75bar is bang on peak efficiencyfor this turbo, will
try to dig it out,

rishi what feuling u using ? loooking at 2 external pumps
with 3 lt swill pot

Here is the compressor map for the T76





Peak power is at 1.8 - 2.0bar... You can run 2.2bar just for the extra torque... All good for just over 800bhp...



I'm using a twin internal pump setup... :wink:

air injection should bring it down 1000 - 1500 rpm

usable boost at about 3000 full boost by 4500 ( ish)

all estimates at the mo! will have to what happens
on the dyno, if turbo comes in to high up will have
to consider nos, it is only for 1/4 mile

garrett turbotnics race spec turbo

thats with air injection

so u may need a ecu upgrade
to be able to it

my mate was getting his done at ashford motorsport, H is a ford man at heart by all accounts :wink: not sure whats happened to jai tbh havn't spoken to him in a while :( and hes not on here much anymore.

would like to see how you plan on fitting the radiator cos that turbo is pretty big, get some pics up, would be good to see 8)

H is doing my manifold, same design as
pheonix power one, turbo should be
roughly where battery used to be, so
rad size not a prob!

at this rate going to take off my P badge
and replace with blue oval :shock:

back to original question, is my hybrid cooler
up to the job or not! if not hat cooler
to go for ?
