what are the best proven cams to run in the R is there one that is used the most on or engine

theirs some brand new hks 264's for sale in the buying secton, these seem a common choice, im sure cams are meant to be matched to a turbo or vice versa, jeff

yes i know that there are loads of cams for the R but where do you get them from ??

I can get cams direct from japan there are also places like checkerflag and takakaira.In the UK try any of the jap tuners Hiteq,RC developments norris designs etc you will pay more buying the UK by about 25% or more

yeah as stated you can get them via japan but make sure you get the correct ones,

them hks ones prb a good deal
