Im picking up my 'R' on Thursday and the only thing i need to do is upgrade the brakes any suggestions for good but reasonably priced brakes?

Do you mean better calipers or just discs & pads?
Calipers = Brembo or AP Racing, or Willwood if on a budget.
Std. size discs/pads - well I've always been a fan of Black Diamond discs (get recommended these by Tweeks over other brands they stock), and Mintex 1144 pads are v. good for fast road/trackday use.
If Ferodo make a similar pad for the 'R, then it'd be a good alternative choice.
Not worth skimping on average pads on fast cars, if you're on a budget then OE discs & uprated pads are a minimum spec level IMO on the 'R.
