Cheers, for that dude. I don't have access to a plasma cutter but thats a pretty good idea. Might find somewhere here in NZ that can cut it. Just need to advise on the best place, like you say I dont want to destroy anything like that. The phatom grip idea I dont think would work, its those plates that really need to be locked up. But im now wondering if I should just put some less viscous fluid in there, or something to keep it lubricated as it dosn't share the gearbox oil inside that coupling.
