Fuel pump is a must if you're on the original. Systec/Walbro off ebay does unless you want big power, easy to fit, there are good threads on here about it. Injectors- pretty well any nissan/ evo top feed does, size them for the power you want, there is a thread on GTIR modifiers club about power and flow rate. 700ish injectors are a good compromise apparently, I picked up some 720 Denso's for around £150, serviced with flow sheet. FC's are a bit old hat for Nissans, in my opinion. Others may have other views. I'm going for a Nistune because I can't shell out for a syvecs/ omex/ motec etc and they offer good tuning capability for little outlay. Some guys have run 500bhp on nistune with a gt3076. I'm going to fit a z32 maf and injectors and send the ecu off to have the board fitted and base map loaded, then drive the car up for rolling road mapping and fault finding. Mapping, board, rr and fitting is under £600 I think. I'm going to be saving for the turbo and sorting out any faults after that. Then putting some pennies away for when the gearbox explodes......
I've heard that the standard rod bolts can become an issue around 350bhp, if you're looking at a bigger turbo and 600cc injectors I assume you have a bigger maf (standard maf maxes around 330= before the standard turbo or injectors, if you increase fuel pressure) and will be at or beyond that when mapped. Worth thinking about. ARP's are the upgrade rod bolts for most.
