yeah i would of said that, the thrush bearing, if it is that they can last for ages making that sound, i would just keep driving it and try and be nice on the clutch.ie no launches.

it makes the noise when i release the clutch and drive, so even when im not on the clutch and driving in 1st it makes that grinding noise.
