It is based on Co2 emissions. Even some 4x4's might escape it, and as there are no figures for the imported pulsar,

how'd does that work for the m.o.t? does that mean it'll never fail an emissions test??? think this might be one of them dull questions!

i think there should be a nation go slow or some sort of thing as we are beeing taken for a ride. We as people have no right any more to have any fun with out some one form number 10 comeing down whith iver some tax or law that say we cant do it
