standard clutch release bearing with ap organic clutch???

As the title says, i need to change the clutch release bearing on my ap organic clutch, and i was wondering if the standard release will do (part no 30502-1W720). For all i know it could even be a standard one that is supplied with the ap organic clutch,

I'm pretty sure its standard, the one I got with my Helix was a standard one, and the two clutches are supposed to be very similar.

I got a standard nissan one with my RPS Super street too. (not sure if it was the Gtir one or another tho)

ok cheers lads, I think i'll go ahead with the standard nissan one.

And just to let you know its the same release bearing as used in the 2.2TD almera's!

Oh and while im on the subject of changing it, I persume its just a straight forward drop the engine and box and fit the new bearing?

i've dropped the engine a couple of times, so i half know what im at:lol:
