I just got my seedo converted to a mph one but it seems realy unresponsive and also it only goes to 110 mph on the clock is this correct ?, oh when i'm sat idle the speedo says i'm doing 10 mph, any ideas anyone ?
Sounds like whoever did it did a right bodge job ! Sounds like the speedo needle has been put back on too far round on the spindle - therefore giving you 10mph at idle. Either take the dash to bits yourself and remove and replace the needle yourself, take it back to the place that did it or try somewhere else. Your 'R will only go over 112 mph if it's been de-restricted ; HKS do a plug-in module for about £90.
