Should my R have ABS??

I'm sure it doesn't. Not long after I got it, it locked up and just skidded. Since then I've tried it afew times and it just skids and nothing happens.

Its a '92 J reg import with 17s (dunno if that'll make a difference) and its had nothing done to the suspension. Hi Spec brakes on the front but it was the same before and after.

I'm puzzled cos loads of em on autotrader say ABS :? :?

abs is not standard on the jap spec R, it is on the uk spec i believe, dont worry i dont have abs either :lol:

Abs was an option on early 92`s.late 92`s have ABs.mine is a 92 Jap spec R and it has ABS

OK, cheers for that! :D My mind is now at rest. Its just a bit of a 'heart in mouth' job when you don't brake quite as hard as you should, then have to brake really hard at the last minute, the wheels lock and you're doin about 100mph! :shock:

Scary but entertainin :wink:
