DOES ANYONE KNOW WHEN THE NEEDS A SERVICE.

I HAVE BEEN TOLD EVERY 4,000 MILES.

THE ONLY MODS ARE S/S(GOOSE), DP/V AND HEAVY CLUTCH

DRIVE IT TO WORK AND BACK, DRIVE IT HARD A WEEKENDS

SO.....WHEN SHOULD I SERVICE.. :?:

Drive mine in similar fashion change oil(millers 10-60) and genuine filter every 4K some do it at 3k wouldnt leave it any longer.

There should be a sticker on the side of the transmission interior trim, says every 5000km.

Although I service mine every 5000 miles.

WOULD 15-50 BE BETTER..........

I'AM USING RS 10-60 AT THE MOMENT

I use 10w60 every 3000 (ish) miles just to be safe! Where can I get Millers from? I usually use RS cos it's easy to find (Halfords, etc.) but wanted to give the Millers a try.

Any of you lovely traders feel like doing us a groupe buy?

OK, Millers CFS10w60 or DFS10w60??? I think DFS is for deisel, am I right?

The millers website recommends something different but I'll go for the 10w60!

i work in a garage and my car seems to have an oil change when ever the boss aint looking? from workshop stock ofcourse lol

can u change oil 2 often ? i dont think you can ,please correct me if i am wrong

You're after the NGK PFR7B-9, which are gapped to 0.9mm

NGK PFR7B-9s are the correct plug for the 'R. Some confusion has been created due the fact that if you go to Nissan, they'll try and sell you the PFR6Bs, which are for the 200SX apparently.

think i payed around £40 not sure though.
