When I look at the Nissan Manual for the GTIR,it seems that the camshaft to rocker arm clearance is bigger when engine is warm than when cold.
I'm a bit surprised by this spec as on most cars,when the engine is warm,the clearance is smaller because the valve expands with the temperature.
Is there a mistake on the manual or this particular evolution of the clearance vs the temperature is only due to the rocker arm system of the SR20s?
Is there anyone here who has checked that?
