Removing Injectors

Hey all, removing fuel injectors for cleaning but got a quick question.

Seen a thread on forum where it says to remove the fuel pump fuse while car is running to relieve the pressure before you take off the rail, how long do you leave the car running for without the fuse.

Cheers

i think once the car has stops running you will have used the fuel in the fuel lines , and relieved the pressure,

Yes, as I understand it; when the car stalls because there's no fuel, that's when the rail is empty.

the rail comes off with no spirt of fuel usually... but when you remove injectors from rail you may get 1 that shoots a bit of fuel out
