With regards to the torque, manual shows 9-11.8 Nm but the only difference is the L/H End Bracket is slightly higher at 18-25Nm

Thanks for the information, went through and retorqued my caps earlier.

I managed to get a little more done tonight. Starting to look like a complete engine again.

One problem I have found tho... I can't work out where the hell this bracket goes?

Been stripping down the turbo today and have found far too much play in the spindle. Definitely not comfortable with using it on my new build. I'm faced with two options, buy a new centre cartridge for £250 or buy a bigger turbo. Unless a turbo rebuild company would offer a rebuild for cheaper than £250, I'm probably going down the bugger turbo route. Anyone know of a decent turbo for sale?
And has anyone had any experience with this turbo before?

My turbo will do you well build looking good mate glad to hear someone else other than me is cracking on and building one up ! will keep my eye on this thread.
