The machine shop is charging me:
Cleaning of engine + misc parts: 110$CAD

Head work:
3 angles valves/seats job is 160$CAD
Pressure test 50$CAD
Skimming 50$CAD
Swapping exhaust valve guides: unknown$, I'll know tomorrow

Block work:
+1mm bore + honing 140$CAD
Swapping pistons on rods + swapping rod bolts 60$CAD
Checking straightness free

Renewing flywheel: 70$CAD

Just out of curiosity can anyone tell me how much an Professional Engine rebuild would cost for a pulsar, drive in and drive out? (well more like trailer in drive out lol)
