Rear sub frame bushings

that doesnt really clear it up,

because the centre steel bush is slack on the gtir locating pins.

for a proper fit you have to use tighter inserts with the new bushes

It is but, the two rings hold the bushing and the bolt. you still ust the OEM ring with the two new rings and also there are groves that fit in were the stock bushing are to fill in the gaps.

having just done these bushing's i can say you are better off doing is vss irvine's way,(as i did thankyou for the info martin;-)) as djdoc's is a bodge:roll:... as they say do it properly you only have to do it once lad's.

Well once i source up another GTI-R (looking for a white 94 shell), i'll take a spare rear sub frame and get some polly bushings installed. But for the time being this setup works.
