re-shimming

i will be attempting installing HKS cams FROM ANOTHER PULSAR I OWN SO WAS WONDERING ABOUT THE SHIMMS, COULD I TAKE ALL THE SHIMS FROM WHERE THE ORIGINAL CAMS CAME OUT FROM AND INSTll in the othe pulsar ( that one one that i want it in) or will i have to re-shimm again if i have to pls can some explain rhe best way to go around it eg clearance/measuring cheers:der: :roll: :shock:

id imagine you would have to re shim again as it all depends on how deep the valve sits into its seat, this will alter the height of the top of the valve giving you different measures, its best to take it to a engineer and have it done properly
