No brakes

When i first jump into the car the brakes feel hard as hell and its pretty hard to stop :shock: although they are fine after that, any ideas??

What pads you running??? Some will need to get some heat in them before they'll start to work properly.

My red stuff pads felt like that when they wernet warmed up.

True, but....

although they are fine after that,

these seem to start working once they get warm, instead of the usual fade to nothing :shock: :shock:
Maybe a new form of reverse modifying
