If by 'In the stars' you mean its a billion+ miles away and we'll all be dead long before we get there, then yes.
As much as I would like to see it, wheres the sense in building niche parts for a car which was built in such small production runs in the first place? The R isn't exactly the Golden Child flagship the Skyline is seen as in Nis HQ either.

A YouTuber recently went to the Omori Nismo factory and they had an NME R' in the display area next to the R34 GT and LM cars. So they have some regard for it (hopefully)
