You can't really do it yourself,you need a hydraulic press.It's crucial they line up in exactly the right place on the alloy brackets otherwise your engine won't go back in as there is no give in them like the OE ones.
I took mine to an engineering firm and insisted they did it just so-chrged me about £15 IIRC which was cheap as it took them the best part of an hour to get them lined up properly.I suppose Nissan will have a jig to press them in,so you could try them also.
cant really remember i know there are lines on the rubber part of mount but cant remember if the are meant to be horizontal or line up with a mark on body when you look it will be visible
