New helix clutch slipping - is this normal?

My new helix organic clutch is slipping at high revs. I've only done 200 miles and it's slipped about 5 or 6 times.

Is this normal? (i was hoping it just takes a few miles to bed in :)

The previous clutch was standard.
The car is nearly standard (exhaust + filter).
The mechanic said the flywheel was fine.
The biting point is fairly high but not at the top.

biting point should be no more than 2'' from floor!
take it back and tell him to try and adjust the pedal, this may bring biting point down lower.
clutches should not slip when bedding in, if slipping theres a problem!

I had an Helix organic fitted a while ago, it's never slipped (1 bar boost) but I do get a judder on clutch bite, sometimes quite bad, other times not so bad.
