Just one more question mate...will my standard internals and gear box be able to handle the power?

yeh people have run 400bhp+ on standard internals mate just make sure its all set up correctly n u will be fine n u can always get the standard ecu remapped works out alot cheaper i think

well i would get these mods fitted then get it set up for a proper 350-380 your strd internals should be ok ,ul be running a boost controler so hav it set up for 1bar low & what ever boost makes 350-380 high i woudnt advise u run the high power all the time only when u need it as for the box it should be okas long as your not rough with it
