Mocal oil cooler/filter??

Since puting on my mocal cooler I have had to use a small stubby oil filter
because of the sandwich plate, would this be ok to use? Oil pressure is the same??

Is there that much less clearance? :?

Smaller filter would work fine just need changing earlier probably around 3.5~4K

Have not got round to fitting mine yet but would have thought you could still retain the standard filter as I have not read anything to the contrary??

You can retain the standard filter its just a bit tight on the steering rack gaitor when fitting and removing it.
