Mis match clutch

Whilst my engine is out, I am going to renew the friction plate as I have a brand new one lying around.

The clutch in my car is a Helix organic plate with helix cover, but the new friction plate that I have, is a Helix organic plate for an AP cover, the plate looks identical to my old one, except not worn, so should I have any problems using it.

Also, I have a new release bearing, again for an AP cover, can I use this on my Helix cover.

I`ve had a Helix organic and Ap organic plate in with a Helix cover!!! i now have a jap ceramitallic paddle plade in and have no problems,
I had problems with the Helix and AP centre plates tearing out!!!!!!!
so went with a paddle, much stronger design!!!!
