Looking for torque and clearance specs

Any one got the correct clearances for the rod and main bearings, torque specs for the main caps, head bolts and cam caps?

main bearing clearances in mm
standard 0.004- 0.022
limit 0.005

con rod bearing clearance in mm
standard 0.030- 0.055
limit 0.09



con rod bearing torque
1 tighten to 19 nm
2 tighten to 50 nm

main bearing
1 tightn to 38 nm
2 tighten to 90nm

Is there a set order for doing the main bearing bolts in?
