How do you "break-in" an engine after you have reb

Think i would go for the longer lasting engine, but i suppose it depends on what you are using it for.

exactley,if your going to keep it be nice when running in!if its a race engine 30 miles sensible driving,change the oil and then drive/ride it like you stole it!!
