ok so far so good more testing needed but it looks like it was the sender for the electronic gauge. turbo was a sep issue by the looks of it so that will be sent off this week thanks again for the replys and i will update once the turbo is looked at

I'm having a similar issue also after my rebuilt engine (6000 kms on it). So the problem was the pressure sender ?

It was on mine but mine was a aftermarket electronic sended to a aftermarket gauge and not a expensive brand. Was fitted to the car when i got it so was a few year old
