Heavy clutch problems

My mates R is running with a heavy clutch :( . He was worried that he might need a new one before Xmas, but instead his slave cylinder went - all the seals were knackered! Replaced with a new slave cylinder, re-bled the system but it's still heavy. What could be wrong? New master cylinder? :?

There's an AP racing clutch in already, been in for two years and counting... the biting point is near the bottom, but it's only just recently got heavy.

replace ur flex pipe

i used to have a heavy clutch an believed it was congealed brake/clutch fluid blocking master cylinder sieve from previous experience on a bike!!! well i just had ma car serviced an they bleed the clutch an found that the flex pipe was leaking which was causin the clutch to get heavier 90% of the time an light the 10% of the time. now my clutch is lovely :D
