well new rad arrived today (cheers pulsarboby for sorting that.) and i built my new 3" exhaust with 2 big silencers (28" of silencer!) under the car a modded 5zigen end can/silencer at the back,the car is now pretty quiet .

very nice bit of kit bob,all copper with braised end caps ,thicker than a uk rad and powder coated. it is a direct fit bob,even the fan's bolt stright on.
the only thing i did was shorten the inlet and outlet pipes as they were a bit long (junior hacksaw took about a minute):-D:-D
