still no closer to getting this sorted, its the only thing thats holding me back right now. whos this ben from hose solutions? is there an actual kit i can buy.

I used hitemp silocone hose 5/8". The turbo drain was offset to the side slightly so using the hose i had to "twist" it so it wouldnt kink when i line it up with block fitting. Then i put two hose clamp on each end no problems at all.

right first u straighten the old flange a bit

then make up a few plumbing fittings like this

and looks like this when its done

3rd time ive done it like this and all have worked fine
ive tried hydraulics fittings etc and none are tight enough bends etc

wow i didnt have to go through all that i just put those on done in 5 minutes . But good job!

ok can you tell me the tread size for that plumbing fitting, also if i made that up does anyone know of any companies that would then take that piece and make up a complete pipe for me instead of using the plumbing fittings.

the fitting is a 1/2 inch male iron to 15mm compression elbow and that goes into block and a yorkshire (ringseal)15mm male to female elbow

Thanx matey, i will go and get them tomorrow, now i just need to find a company that will make a pipe up with that design.

OK all sorted i got a company to make up a complete pipe, and got the braided hoses from hosesolutions sorted so gonna get it plumbed in on the weekend
