That's a good question i'd like to know that too as mine is a custom from turbo back 2half" stainless?
Without silencers (ie, like a decat goose) then no, absolutely not. A 3" system would be louder. Is a bigger system quieter?
I've got a goose, which I presume is 2.5 inch would that be louder than a 3 inch system?
Yes mate. A higher bore (such as a 3") will flow considerably more than a 2.5" system such as a 'Goose. Silencers are expensive but are the best way to keep noise down without disturbing flow. A straight 3" system would be seriously loud.So it doesn't really make a differance on noise level, between
2.5 and 3 inch pipe, just what silencers you have in the system.
So a 3 inch system with the right silencers, is the way to go for better flow?
huh huh hu huh huh he said gash huh huh hu huhmate believe me, ive tried all the tricks and those valves are gash!
Why crossed over to nearside rear exit, when they exit from the offside?including turbo elbow and downpipe crossing over to passenge side rear exit, you'll not get much change from a bag of sand
you bevis or butthead?huh huh hu huh huh he said gash huh huh hu huh
to make it yourself will cost you about the same as a brand new mongoose systemincluding turbo elbow and downpipe crossing over to passenge side rear exit, you'll not get much change from a bag of sand
it lets you fit a bigger rear silencer without restricting the gas flowWhy crossed over to nearside rear exit, when they exit from the offside?
you're the butthead so that makes me Bevis! :lol:you bevis or butthead?
no it make's you a stumoyou're the butthead so that makes me Bevis!
I see.it lets you fit a bigger rear silencer without restricting the gas flow
I see.
So why wasn't the car designed with the exhaust exiting on the nearside?
Must be a good reason anyone?
probibly to have the exhaust exit away from pedestrians.I see.
