ive found the opposite really only the car ive got now has been unreliable the other 2 ive used as daily drivers were 100% reliable.over the last 5 years or so price have plummeted and not all who sell are 100% truthful with maintanence ect
As soon as i get one i want it looking at/ setting up by someone who knows them inside out, i dont think i could risk running it without knowing all is good, i will change all oils and filters as soon as i get it
Run my standard engine at 1.2bar for about 8yrs & never had an issue, problem is not the cars reliability but the uk owners who badly maintain & badly tune them.
To be honest my GTIR is better build quality than my Evo in many ways.
